| May 8-10, 2009 | TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: RYLA Conference. Being Held at the YMCA Camp in Manito-Wish Waters, Wisconsin **Optional Conferencefor Inbound students but they need to be selected by their Rotary Clubs. |
| May 15-17, 2009 | District Governor's ConferenceMandatory for all Inbound Students & Outbound Students in the area. Being held in Green Bay, Wisconsin |
| June 12-14, 2009 | Outbound Students Only - June Conference. This is a Mandatory Conference for all Outbound Students Only. Being held at the Conserve School in Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin |
| June 13 - 27, 2009 | Central States Rotary Youth Exchange Inbound Tours. The four tour options are as follows: One East Coast Tour and Three California Tours. |
