Show Choir
Congratulations to the Rendezvous Show Choir on their competition at Cedar Point in Ohio on Saturday. They received the first place Show Choir Award and were one of only three choirs to receive a rating of Superior!

Academic Decathlon
Congratulations to the 9 Academic Decathlon team members who competed at the state competition in Wisconsin Dells before Spring Break.  Over the course of 2 days, the team competed in 10 different events on the topic of The Great Depression.  Overall, the team placed 10th in the state, and 6th in Division 1.  The Super Quiz portion of the competition focused on the topic of Geology.  In this event the team placed 6th overall and 3rd in Division 1. 

A special congratulations to Augustine Santillan who set 2 new school records for his high scores in Music and Essay. 

Chess Team
The 2010-2011 Preble Chess Team season came to a close last week at the state tournament in Oshkosh.  Preble placed 5th overall in Division 3.  Max Papadopoulos took 1st place in the division on board 5.  Matt Dobson tied for 2nd on board 2.  Branden Longton placed 3rd on board 4.  Congratulations on a great chess season.  Chess Team will be starting up again in November.  Please see Mr. Kline with any questions.

Mailia Her, Jenna Johnson, Kailey Nellis, and Brenna Reed have qualified to compete at the Wisconsin FCCLA State Competition. State, known as the FCCLA Student Leadership Conference, will take place April 3-5, 2011 in the Wisconsin Dells.

Show Choir
Congratulations to the Preble Show Choirs on their performances at the Central Wisconsin Show Choir Competition. Rendezvous received 3rd place in the Festival Prep Division. Center Stage finished 1st Runner UP overall, was awarded best vocal ensemble and Brittany Enderby was named the Best Female Vocalist within a show choir show.

Math Team
Congratulations to the Preble Math Team for finishing SECOND last night at the Green Bay East Math Meet
