FBLA Competitive Events

Competitive Events fall into three categories: individual, team, and chapter. Individual and team events focus on skills useful in leadership and career development; chapter events recognize overall achievement and performance in chapter management and growth.

Please review the 2012 Competitive Event Breakdown Chart which shows all of the different competitive events for the 2012 FBLA year.  Please submit your “top three” events that you would like to compete in this year. 

Please see the Competitive Event by Grade Level Chart to see the grade level requirements for each event. 

For detailed information, please refer to the 2012 WI Competitive Event Descriptions.  Events are listed in alphabetical order.  When viewing each event, please refer to the chart provided.  The left column, labeled RLC, is what you would do for the regional competition.  The right column, labeled SLC, is what you would do if you qualified for the state competition.

February 4, 2012 - Regional Leadership Conference in Suring, WI
April 2-3, 2012 - State Leadership Conference in La Crosse, WI
June 28 – July 2 - National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX
